My name is Arjun Mehta. I build and write about websites for Indian real estate agents and developers. Not the kind filled with jargon and empty promises—but the kind that actually help you sell property, showcase listings properly, and save hours of frustration with tech that doesn’t work the way you need it to.
This contact page isn’t a corporate inbox. It goes straight to me. I read every message, even if I can’t always reply the same day. If your question relates to something I’ve built or written about, I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.
When it makes sense to reach out:
- You’re an agent or small developer trying to figure out what kind of website you actually need—and what’s just a waste of money.
- You’ve read one of my guides or reviews and something didn’t quite fit your situation.
- You’re dealing with a specific problem: a clunky property listing setup, an IDX feed that won’t behave, or a virtual tour that loads slower than a Mumbai lift.
- You have a real project and want to know if I’m available to build or consult. I take on limited work, but I’m always open to a conversation if the fit is right.
What this isn’t for:
- Pitching me guest posts, link exchanges, or “partnerships” that aren’t grounded in actual real estate work.
- Requests for free backlinks or quick SEO tricks. I don’t play that game, and neither should you.
- Generic marketing services. If you’re selling something unrelated to the intersection of web development and property sales, we’re probably not a match.

I don’t use a contact form because honestly, I prefer the simplicity of a direct conversation. When you write, tell me a little about your situation—what you’re working on, what’s frustrating you, or what you’re hoping to fix. It helps me reply with something useful instead of a template.
If I’m deep in a project, it might take me a few days to respond. If it’s urgent, mention that in the subject line—I’ll do my best to prioritise.
